It's important to plan for your postpartum recovery and support. That's why I offer postpartum planning to help you prepare for the physical, emotional, and practical aspects of the postpartum period. This includes creating a support network, planning for self-care, and more.

If you have had a previous cesarean birth and are hoping for a vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC), I am here to support you. I will work with you to create a birth plan that takes into account your specific needs and concerns. I will provide education, resources, and emotional support throughout the process.
Waterbirth and Homebirth
I offer both waterbirths and homebirths as options for those who desire a natural and comfortable birth experience. I provide all necessary equipment and support to ensure the safety of you and your baby. I will also provide postpartum care and support.
Breastfeeding Support
Breastfeeding is an important part of your postpartum journey, and I am here to support you every step of the way. I provide education, resources, and hands-on support to help you achieve your breastfeeding goals. I will also screen for and provide support for any breastfeeding challenges.
